sir i cant install it it always says invalid ipa(IPAinstaller) when i try to install it using vshare nothing happens

just open the ipa file in iTunes,
then sync with your device
(only for devices with jailbreak!)
first you download jailbreak from the net according to your software version then connect your phone to your pc and run the program it become an app in your iphone cydia then i send you some link and entered in the app do not start the app till i not tell you how the app work
