I just installed Cydia 1.1.8 on to my new iPad Mini without issue. I then purchased iFile and installed that also. It works just fine until I get to the part where I want to edit. When following some videos on you tube, when they want to edit, they get a choice of Image viewer, audio player, video player, text viewer, property list viewer, web viewer, etc, etc. When I do it, it only gives me choices of the office apps that I have installed and a notepad app that I installed. I dont want to use those, i want to use the correct text viewer. please tell me how and where to get this from.

For me on ifile v. 1.6.1 it works by selecting something in the settings of ifile to not use other apps
or you can select the properties of the file and then under the name field you can select to open it

Hi all … Jail broken Ma a4 device…. An warning occurred wen using Cydia app as force close app taped ok… Device restarted ….now Cydia icon deleted … I didnt install Ifile … Can someone get me the solution how to reinstall Cydia ….

sorry mate but ive changed the name of the games that i had and the apps directly from ifile because they were all numbers and leters but now they dont appear on the screen just because ive changed the name on ifile
