This is great for stuff I have stored in Dropbox, but how do I just transfer files from my desktop PC to my jailbroken iPhone without iTunes? There must be a way on a jailbroken device to just drag and drop mp3 files into a folder on my phone without having to go through the ridiculous syncing (since I manually manage what’s on my phone)
yes just use tools!
